  • AP Voucher 1-2-3 GL Distribution: This feature allows users to distribute a single charge line across multiple lines and different GL accounts. You can either upload an Excel/CSV file or manually distribute the lines, with the option to save these distributions for future use.

Customer Sales Order Automation Enhancements

This release expands IntelliChief’s integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, enhancing sales order automation for customer sales orders:

  • Automation of Customer Sales Orders: The ERP integration now supports data lookups, workflow, and both automatic and manual matching of order lines to items. It also includes checks for advanced pricing, releasing sales quotes to sales orders, and creating these orders in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • EDI-850 File Support: The enhanced Import Link now supports the ingestion of EDI-850 formatted files for customer sales orders, allowing them to be processed through IntelliChief’s workflow alongside other incoming orders.
