Michael Daebler serves as Vice President of Development at IntelliChief, where he leads the global product development organization. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, he plays a critical role in advancing IntelliChief’s AI-enabled automation platform.

As Vice President of Development, Daebler oversees product innovation and roadmap execution, and aligns development with customer requirements and ERP system capabilities, as well as drive integration across SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle (JD Edwards, EBS), and Infor Global Solutions.

Under Michael’s leadership, IntelliChief continues to scale automation technologies that transform complex, document-centric processes across finance, HR, and sales operations.

Technical Expertise and Innovation

Michael Daebler is one of the original architects of IntelliChief’s automation framework, including intelligent capture and robotic data processing that support straight-through-processing (STP) and ERP integration. Daebler built the technical foundation for touchless automation workflows, developed IntelliChief’s intelligent data validation and ERP mapping layers, and led the evolution of the platform to support modern AI and machine learning applications.

Career Milestones and Education

Before IntelliChief, Michael Daebler was Vice President of Development at Quadrant Software, where he co-architected FastFax™, a pioneering solution for automated fax messaging on IBM midrange systems. As an expert in IBM System i (AS/400, iSeries) architecture and printer data stream manipulation, Daebler managed cross-functional teams covering development, QA, support, and logistics.

Daebler began his path to leadership in 1985 as MIS Manager at MEDTAG.He also possesses deep programming knowledge in COBOL, EasyCoder Assembler, RPG II, and C—expertise that has shaped his hands-on leadership style. He completed his B.S. in Management Information Systems at New Hampshire College and M.S. in Computer Information Systems at Bentley College, respectively.
