Brian Schnieders – Chief Financial Officer
Brian Schnieders, CPA, is the CFO of IntelliChief, a leading software company that specializes in document management and workflow solutions to improve mission-critical business processes, such as accounts payable and order processing. Brian oversees the finance and accounting departments with a focus on IntelliChief’s continued growth and strategic direction.
He is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of executive-level financial leadership. His extensive background in finance, accounting, information technology, operations, logistics, and manufacturing is a testament to his ability to thoroughly understand businesses from the inside out.
Prior to joining IntelliChief, Brian served as CFO of Romark Laboratories, L.C., overseeing all financial functions and information systems. He was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, modeling, cash management, information technology, banking, insurance, HR, legal, audit, and governmental contracting. Within the same firm, he held the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer, where he managed an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) plant in Belgium, ensured product availability to meet customer demand and oversaw all contract manufacturers.
Brian Schnieders had also previously held senior executive roles with Solutions Inc., Lykes Bros. Inc., Montgomery Tank Lines, Inc. and KPMG LLP. In these roles he helped facilitate the growth of a $50mm general contracting firm; managed all aspects of manufacturing operations for a $750mm conglomerate including managing a $30mm budget and 11 direct and 200 indirect employees; and was a senior audit manager, which included serving as a national instructor for core audit courses.
Brian is a graduate of The University of Nebraska – Lincoln, holding a BBA in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
