IntelliChief version 3.5 introduces new modules that allow for deeper integration with any line of business application or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

It also allows them to connect their document management features to their purchase to pay and order to cash workflows – leading to significant time savings across mission-critical processes.

Faster Image Enhancement: IntelliChief Now Supports the Fujitsu PaperStream Capture Scanner Driver

IntelliChief version 3.5 now supports the PaperStream Capture scanner driver. This allows users to capture all relevant data from each scanned document. Quick re-scan and image clean-up abilities allow for higher quality document imaging. This, in turn, enables more accurate indexing of documents as they’re converted from paper to electronic formats. (Once acceptable, these images are automatically uploaded to IntelliChief’s document management and workflow engine.)

Kofax VRS continues to be supported as well.

Enhanced Document Search Capabilities

To streamline access to archived information, IntelliChief version 3.5 has increased the document index field column settings and views. This directly benefits each organization’s business process workflows. It also adds the ability to delete documents in bulk – with an un-delete safeguard capability – making it easier to manage your archive.
