Hartzell Propeller Selects Infor IntelliChief™ Document Management to Go Paperless in Accounts Payable

Hartzell Propeller recently purchased Infor IntelliChief, including Workflow and the Infor XA Integration Module. The Infor IntelliChief solution integrates directly with Hartzell’s Infor XA application, allowing for improved operational efficiency and reduced the use of paper, toner, and storage costs.

With IntelliChief, users capture electronic files, scan paper files and archive them in the IntelliChief repository while at the same time backing up the data as part of their electronic disaster recovery efforts. Not only are these scanned files backed up and protected, but they are available to view throughout the business directly from familiar ERP screens.

The initial implementation of Infor IntelliChief will be in Hartzell Propeller’s Purchase-to-Pay process, and includes the capture and storage of purchase orders, receivers, vendor invoices, and Accounts Payable checks.

Hartzell Propeller can expect a return on investment for IntelliChief in less than 12 months by automating their business processes and eliminating paper.
