Douglas Machine launches IntelliChief’s paperless process management solution, enabling faster order-to-shipment, delivery-to collection, and purchase-to-pay cycles while improving response time to client requests.

Douglas Machine has integrated IntelliChief with their Infor XA ERP, automating previously manual tasks which eliminate paper and the associated costs. “Before going live with IntelliChief in Purchase-to-Pay, we would print at least 200 paper invoices every day. With the use of IntelliChief, I immediately noticed a dramatic decrease in our paper consumption,” said Sheri Ellis, Accounting Technician at Douglas Machine.
