IntelliChief, LLC, today announced the release of IntelliChief™ version 3.1. New document management features offer more options for companies that are looking to go paperless.
With version 3.1, the software is easier to manage than ever before. Users will also enjoy performance improvements when they process documents directly from an inbox, or search for a document they are looking to retrieve.

Version 3.1 product enhancements
IntelliChief’s newest features include:
- Updated Routing Functionality for Better Workflow — Version 3.1 includes more notification levels for the document approval process.
- A Re-Designed Manual Re-Index Screen — Users can now release or hold documents with a few easy clicks.
- Setup for Email from the Viewer — IntelliChief 3.0 support the Formtastic™ Email Module and the IntelliChief Email Module for emailing. Setup for Fax from the Viewer now supports the ability to use Fax.
- Additional Support — IntelliChief now provides support for SQL Server 2008 R2 and Java JRE 1.6 (Update 3 through Update 20).
