IntelliChief Version 3.1 Released

Administrators and users alike will experience increased capabilities with their updated IntelliChief product. Administrators will find IntelliChief is easier to manage and utilize than ever before, and users will enjoy performance improvements for processing documents from an inbox or from a search request.

Version 3.1 presents a variety of product enhancements that include:

  • Updated Routing Functionality for Better Workflow — Workflow for Routing Processing has increased notification levels when waiting for approvals
  • Re-design of the Manual Re-Index Screen — Re-Index Actions Improved to include new features to release or hold the document
  • Setup for Email from the Viewer — Enhanced by supporting the ability to use the Formtastic™ Email Module or the IntelliChief Email Module for emailing, setup for Fax from the Viewer now supports the ability to use Fax
  • Additional Support — Support for SQL Server 2008 R2, and Java JRE 1.6 Update 3 through Update 20. Client setup will install Java JRE Update 20 if a supported update is not already installed on the user’s PC
