The ideal candidate…. has a minimum of four (4) years experience in business analysis, project management, some programming and technical training, document management experience in an enterprise Windows and iSeries 400 environment with an emphasis on strong customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take the lead from start to go live in implementing, integrating, and configuring our document management solutions at customer sites, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong combination of technical and business skills and good understanding of the business processes to take advantage of our software products.
- Work with customer's Department Managers, Project Manager, IT and end-users to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, implementation tasks and training of projects.
- Interface with various functional business areas (Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, etc).
- Facilitate the planning and requirements gathering for paperless processing management application.
- Review existing business work flows, processes, and procedures to provide an implementation that meets the Customer's needs.
- Manage, track and follow-up on all assigned tasks and activities including customer assigned tasks, and any project related issues.
- Schedule and perform project review meetings.
- Travel (40 – 50%) to customer locations to install and tailor software, perform implementation, and train users and administrators.
- Create and maintain project statements of work, project plans, and project schedules and time lines.
- Organize work to meet objectives and schedules on time.
- Perform Customer training to end-users and administrators.
- Respond via telephone to customer questions and/or problems in a timely fashion.
- Provide back up to the Technical Support department.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience with all components of a project management including initiating, planning, scheduling, documenting, tracking, executing, controlling and closing.
- Proven experience with business processes and requirements gathering of all sized projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with document management systems/content management systems
- Experience implementing multi-platform, integrated software solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Clients and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (as well as SQL query)
- Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, ports)
- Understanding of remote connectivity concepts (RDP, VNC, VPN)
- Familiarity with programming, databases, SQL and scripting languages
Qualifications - Experience/Education:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in either a technical analyst/services position or business analyst position with similar responsibilities and skills as outlined above.
- B.S. in Information Systems Management or related field required
- Travel 40 – 50%
