As invoices, requests, acknowledgements, purchase orders, pick lists, and other critical transactional documents are created in your iSeries ERP, a spool file is generated. Instead of printing the document, IntelliChief formats the spool data, and then it is captured by workflow in order to route the documents to the correct destinations.
